Refund Policy

At EasyUke.com, we want you to have a great experience learning the ukulele. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.



Digital Products (Online Course)

All digital products sold on EasyUke.com, including the online ukulele course, are non-refundable once accessed.

Because access to the course is granted immediately after purchase, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital content once the course has been accessed or viewed.

If you purchased the course only, the sale is final once access has been granted.



Ukulele (Physical Product)

If you purchased the Course + Ukulele bundle, you may request a refund for the ukulele only within 30 days of delivery.

Important conditions:

  • The online course is non-refundable.
  • Only the ukulele may be returned for a refund.
  • The ukulele must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the ukulele has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the ukulele portion of the order.



Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for your return request

Our support team will provide instructions for returning the product.



Damaged or Defective Products

If your ukulele arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@easyuke.com

Include photos of the damage.

We will offer either:

  • a replacement ukulele, or
  • a refund for the ukulele

depending on the situation.



2-Year Product Warranty

All ukuleles sold through EasyUke.com are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • accidental damage
  • misuse of the product

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
